www.scoobysworkshop.com This is part two of my advanced pushup series. I will be doing 5 different types of advanced pushups and then I will combine them into one heck-of-a-chest workout. The backpack pushup allows you to work out your chest much harder than with a normal pushup. This is NOT a beginners exercise, it is for advanced bodybuilders only. If you have not been lifting for at least 6 months, dont even consider doing this because you will most likely get injured. There are several other unique exercises in my advanced pushup series that I will be putting up individually also. Thanks for your patience, the advanced pushup video IS coming but it takes a long time to edit. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. Most bodybuilders shave their heads so their head APPEARS very small compared to the rest of their body.
I’ve been training alot of weightlifting over the last year to help support my rugby, But now you’ve inspired me to start bodybuilding for real! This is a cool exercise, I usually did 40×2 usual pushup reps every night, But let me tell you that this gave me a sore feeling the day after :p

I do three sets of each exercise too. I have a total gym but am going to get a set of bowflex SelecTec dumbells. Can’t wait for my mom to finally let me get them which should be soon…hopefully.

Your videos & website are really good. I haven’t read all of your website yet but some of your advice and videos have shown me that I am doing a lot of my exercises the wrong way. Ummm. this vid could have been done in 2 minutes. This dude loves hearing himself talk….13.5 minutes on how to do a pushup with a backpack. I’d hate to see this dude try to explain algebra.
what i want to know is how he says to take a 2 minute break…does it have to be 2 minutes or can it be more of like 5 minutes? didnt know if takeing longer breaks slows down how fast you build muscle?
